Will Precious Dental Care send my medical records to another doctor if needed?
Yes, we can send your medical data for referral or further consultation purposes.
What if there are complaints or pain after treatment?
Please feel free to contact our receptionist or doctor via WhatsApp/phone for further consultation.
Apa saja makanan/minuman yang harus dihindari setelah perawatan?
Sebagian besar perawatan menyarankan hindari makanan keras, lengket, atau berwarna pekat 24–48 jam setelah tindakan.
Apakah ada instruksi khusus setelah perawatan?
Tim kami akan memberikan detail instruksi aftercare serta rekomendasi produk perawatan gigi sesuai dengan tindakan yang Anda terima.
Apakah tersedia cicilan/pembayaran bertahap?
Kami tidak menyediakan cicilan resmi, namun biaya pada perawatan tertentu dapat dibagi per kunjungan sesuai tahapan perawatan.
Apa saja metode pembayaran di Precious Dental Care?
Kami menerima pembayaran tunai, debit, kartu kredit, transfer, serta e-wallet. Untuk pasien internasional, konsultasikan ketersediaan pembayaran dalam mata uang asing.
Apakah informasi biaya diberikan sebelum tindakan dilakukan?
Dokter dan resepsionis kami akan menjelaskan estimasi biaya sebelum tindakan dilakukan.
Apa saja dokumen yang perlu dibawa saat datang ke klinik?
Bawa kartu identitas (KTP/paspor) dan, jika ada, hasil rontgen atau rekam medis sebelumnya.
Apakah saya bisa melakukan beberapa perawatan sekaligus dalam satu kunjungan?
Kami bisa mengatur jadwal agar dalam satu kedatangan bisa dilakukan beberapa tindakan sekaligus jika memungkinkan.
